C.C.Components Pty Ltd is a supplier of a comprehensive range of Conveyor Products and Services.
We supply and service a diverse range of material handling industries including mining, quarrying, waste management and recycling, belt conveyor manufacturers, agricultural harvesting and building products.
C.C.Components was formed in 1984, and is an independent, 100% Australian owned company. Over more than 30 years the company has established branch offices throughout Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. The company can service other states and regional centres through partnerships with client companies and other industry participants.
Our branch network carries a wide range of inventory and the tools and equipment to get any job done quickly and efficiently, minimizing downtime for clients. Our staff complement of more than 50 people includes highly trained and experienced team members who are committed to providing our customers with prompt product and service supply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
C.C.Components is committed to health & safety compliance, and has an Integrated Management System (IMS) covering the three Core Standards of Quality, Work Health and Safety and Environmental Management.

Integrated Management System – OH&S
The management system manuals are structured around policies, procedures and work instructions (Safe Work Method Statements, Safe Work Procedures, Project Management Plans and Forms) which we are required to be implemented to meet International & Australian Standards, Industry Standards and industry best practice:
- Quality – AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016 (Quality Management Systems – Requirements) and the Civil Construction Management Code.
- Occupational Health & Safety – AS 4801: 2001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Specifications & Guidance for Use), the WH&S Act, WH&S Regulations, OH&S Act and OH&S Regulations
- Environmental Management – AS/NZS ISO 14001:2016 (Environmental Management Systems – Specifications with Guidance for Use) the relevant EPA requirements.
The system is provided and managed by Smarter Safety, who provide specialist support and advice on all safety and OH&S issues. Our service staff have online access to the system enabling them to access a full suite of documents, including key SWMS, reports and meeting records.
